Apology for incorrect dates.
It has been brought to our attention that 2 dates in our calendar were entered incorrectly.
These were:
Sunday 30th June for the Ladies Day the correct date should be Tuesday 25th June and 20th October for a Charity Shoot which should be Saturday 19th October.

Browning Owners Club - 22nd May 2013
Following the re-launch of the famous Browning Owners Club (BOC) in 2010, we invite you to the inaugural BOC Invitation Day on Wednesday 22nd May 2013 at The Oxford Gun Company Shooting School.
Events on the day
70 bird sporting competition – Prizes to be won
Browning Rabbit Mania competition – Prizes to be won (entry fee per round)
Browning/Winchester/Miroku gun testing stands – Free ammunition provided!
Land Rover test drives (on and off-road) – Courtesy of Stratstone Cheltenham
Polaris Quads (off-road) – Courtesy of Murray Boss
Prize gun draw – Win a new Browning B725 Sporter worth £2000 (Thank you Browning!)
The full day only costs £70.00 per person, which includes a bacon sandwich and coffee on arrival, hot buffet lunch, followed by evening BBQ at the end after the prize giving and prize draw.
Don't worry if you're not a member of the BOC Club as you can join on the day for only £15

The Schools Challenge is back for another year, with new sponsors and great prizes!
The two main competitions at Oxford and Bredon can be entered as Teams with Junior, Senior and Ladies Classes as well as Individual prizes.....

Apply to join the TSC Academy 2013
You are invited to apply for a place on the Academy. There will only be six places on offer, if you would like to be considered please apply in writing to David, at the Oxford Gun Company, Oxford Road, Oakley, Bucks HP18 9RG.
The Academy will provide you with everything you need to excel in clay shooting.
- Monthly coaching sessions at the Oxford Gun Company (ex. Cartridges) (10-12 sessions)
- Mental coaching with a sports psychologist- Clay Shooting Success (5-6 sessions)
- Academy Skeet Vest and Shooting Kit
- Supported by Express Cartridges
- Membership at the Oxford Gun Company
- One Years FREE Membership to the CPSA
Academy Obligations
- Shoot all Schools Challenge Events
- Shoot all Oxford Gun Company Events
- Shoot at least one CPSA registered event per month
- Be an ambassador for The Schools Challenge and its associated Sponsors, present yourself well on all occasions.
- Only be seen to shoot Express Cartridges
(We do understand that there may be some events that you will not be able to attend, this is why we are publishing the dates of events early so if there are any clashes you can either make changes to your plans, or give us plenty of notice)
If you are selected the annual fee would be £425 (including VAT)

Keep practicing throughout the winter with our fun 50 Sporting mini competitions!
There will be 1st place prizes each week in both Senior (under 21) and Junior (14 and under) categories and the highest combined score will also win a Grand Final Prize!

The Novice Schools Challenge - video
Two school girls visit the Oxford Gun Company for some expert tuition from GB shot Steve Walton. The sixteen year-olds are interested in being part of the Novice Schools Challenge, which is for under-21s who have not shot before -- or not shot much. They get a day's tuition at the Oxford Gun Company's award-winning clay ground throughout August for just £109 including cartridges, clays and lunch. This film was first shown in Fieldsports Britain episode 138
